Meet Our Founders

Jonathan Kessous has been active in U.S. real estate investment and development since 2015, specializing in property acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, construction management, and long-term portfolio growth. Over the past decade, he has founded and co-founded multiple companies that oversee acquisitions, renovations, new construction, and property management. Through these ventures, Jonathan has managed hundreds of units, raised significant investor capital, and built strong construction and management teams, creating a vertically integrated business structure.

Before entering real estate, Jonathan spent 17 years in the high-tech industry, holding senior management and project leadership roles in international companies. His experience leading complex projects, managing large teams, and building operational systems has become the foundation of his success in real estate entrepreneurship and construction management.

Ori Alperstein has been active in U.S. real estate development and construction since 2017, with a focus on managing large-scale renovations, ground-up construction, and value-add projects. Over the years, he has founded and co-founded multiple companies that specialize in acquisitions, project management, and construction operations.

Through these ventures, Ori has overseen the successful completion of numerous renovations and new construction projects, managed hundreds of units, and built strong in-house construction and property management teams. His vertically integrated business model allows for full control over every stage of the process—from acquisition and planning, through construction and leasing—ensuring efficiency, quality, and long-term portfolio growth.
